Refund policy

Encapsulated will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 15 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 15 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Flat rate shipping exists for all orders.
  • Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • We will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:

    -In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

    -In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

4. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.

5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

7. Click "Request return".


If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Important Notice: Only US orders are eligible for return services, we are not accepting returns for orders that are shipped to customers outside the US at this time.

REFUNDS:

An order may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed

An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped.

Send an email to hello@theencapsulated.com with the subject line labelled "refund". Share the six-digit verification code included in your confirmation email stating the reason you want to cancel your order and receive a refund. A refund will be issued if it has been less than 24 hours from the order date and the items have yet to ship.
